My Approach to Therapy
My approach is person-centered, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life — and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and support. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to your unique needs, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. I also integrate tools from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and thought awareness. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, build nervous system capacity, and help you develop the insight, resilience, and safety you need to move forward with intention.

Individual therapy sessions are 50-minutes each and are an investment of $150 per session.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for low-income individuals, ranging from $75–$125 per session. These are offered on a first-come, ongoing-need basis, and we can discuss availability during your consultation.
Your sessions may be covered by extended health benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm if your plan covers psychotherapy.
Please note, I currently offer daytime and evening availability Monday-Thursday.
