My turning point came when I hit emotional and physical burnout.
Now I help people learn to slow down so they don't miss the red flags their body is sending them (without compromising their success!)
Using nervous system-informed therapy and evidence-based tools, I help my clients regulate, repair, and redefine what success feels like in their bodies.
